Job Description

Our client in Des Plaines IL is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team! The TA Coordinator will directly support the Head of Human Resources for a global organization on many different HR projects and initiatives.  
 
The TA Coordinator will specifically focus on onboarding, recruiting coordination, answering employee questions and data entry into the HRIS systems. The ideal TA Coordinator candidate is detail oriented, efficient and able to multi-task.  
 
TA Coordinator Responsibilities:  

  • Onboarding: work with I9s, offer letters, referral  
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews 
  • Maintain employee paper files and data enter employee changes into HRIS  
  • All other duties or projects as assigned by the Head of HR  

TA Coordinator Requirements:  
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Experience working with an ATS system
