We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who’s ready to jump in and take charge! LaSalle Network is partnering with an established organization near Oak Lawn seeking a confident Staff Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting operations. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and seeing your work directly impact the bottom line, this role is for you.
What’s the job?

Manage daily accounting operations — from AP/AR to payroll and journal entries

Prepare reconciliations and assist with month-end close

Ensure all transactions are coded properly in QuickBooks Online

Collaborate across departments to support grants and reporting requirements

Keep financial records accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
What’s needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Recent experience with QuickBooks Online

1–3+ years in an accounting or Staff Accountant role

Strong Excel and analytical skills

A detail-oriented, proactive mindset
