This role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, performing reconciliations and collaborating with regional leadership to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. The position is primarily remote, with an initial on-site training period at the client's location in Centennial, CO, designed to ensure a seamless and comprehensive onboarding experience.
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries and monthly financial packages for assigned dental implant centers
- Oversee the month-end close (MEC) process for 10–15 centers, ensuring all financial data is accurate and submitted on time
- Communicate regularly with regional directors, general managers and doctors to address questions related to financial packages
- Utilize accounting and reporting tools such as Workday, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI and Google Sheets
- Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
Staff Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; Finance considered with relevant Staff Accounting experience
- Internship or 1+ years of Staff Accounting experience, including bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs required)
- Familiarity with accounting software (Workday preferred)
- Outgoing, approachable personality with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
