Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnering with the top automotive repair company seeking a Senior Vice President of IT to join their team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology strategy, vision and roadmap while providing strategic guidance and oversight over all of IT. The organization will be shifting to a more globally integrated IT function while leveraging the scale through an IT Shared Services function.

SVP of IT Responsibilities:
  • IT Strategy & Leadership (25%), Team Leadership (25%), Transformation & Program Delivery (25%), Operational Management (25%)
  • Collaborate with local and global leadership teams to design technology vision, strategy and goals
  • Develop IT roadmaps to drive company growth and operational efficiency
  • Build high-performing IT teams and provide mentorship, guidance and feedback to team members
  • Promote a positive work environment fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth
  • Drive execution of high-value and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and ensure successful delivery of IT projects
  • Deliver IT services to meet the demands of business stakeholders
  • Optimize processes, performance, and reliability of IT systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology initiatives with business priorities

SVP of IT Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a CIO or leading a large IT function
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; MBA a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant change across a large-scale, global operating company
  • Proven track record of building and leading diverse teams while fostering collaboration, innovation and growth
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives
  • Ability to present to C-suite executives and interface both internally and externally with clients
  • Digital or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Demonstrated technical foundation including but not limited to: SaaS, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Digital, Cloud and Service Management
  • Ability to “roll up your sleeves” action as needed
  • Strong consulting skills and executive presence
  • Skilled in collaboration with various stakeholders while promoting a culture of accountability
