Senior Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to align on key goals and execution plans
- Drive the rollout and sustainment of labor optimization initiatives across multiple facilities
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers responsible for labor standards implementation and maintenance
- Lead performance reporting and analytics to inform strategic operational decisions
- Partner with facility teams to identify productivity gaps and recommend actionable solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance of labor standards systems
- 3+ years of experience with Manhattan warehouse management system
- 3+ years of experience leading labor incentive programs in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment
