Sr. Manager of Global IT Audit
We’re hiring a Global IT Internal Audit Manager to drive control improvements, protect business value, and lead strategic audit initiatives from the inside out. As a key member of the Internal Audit leadership team, you’ll manage and evolve the global IT audit strategy, lead audits of critical infrastructure and enterprise systems, and act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and senior leaders. This role includes collaboration with stakeholders across Finance, BPT, and beyond.
This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
- Own the development and execution of the global IT audit plan using a risk-based methodology
- Evaluate and advise on IT controls, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business continuity
- Lead proactive assurance initiatives and continuous monitoring strategies using tools like ACL, RPA, and PowerBI
- Guide the review of general controls across systems such as SAP, Workday, and SAP BPC
- Oversee external audit coordination and third-party consultants
- Influence control design and risk mitigation for current and future IT initiatives
- Recommend best practices from leading internal audit frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, NIST, IIA)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or IT-related field
- 8+ years in IT internal/external audit, with strong cybersecurity and infrastructure knowledge
- Certification required: CISA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with core IT processes, application controls, and segregation of duties
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill technical insights for senior leadership
- Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills:
- Public accounting background or CPA
- Experience with ACL, Automation Anywhere, or AI governance
- Working knowledge of SOX, ISACA, IIA standards
- CPG Manufacturing experience
