Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Global Payroll to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing for their global workforce. This individual will partner closely with Finance, HR and third-party providers to implement and improve processes as they continue to expand their employee population internationally.
Sr. Manager, Global Payroll Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.

Oversee relationships with global payroll vendors and ensure SLAs are met.

Maintain and reconcile payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal controls across all jurisdictions.

Drive continuous improvement in payroll operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on payroll-related matters.

Stay current with changes in international payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Lead or support the implementation of new payroll systems or expansions into new geographies.
Sr. Manager, Global Payroll Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or directly related discipline
- 8+ years experience working within Payroll, with 2+ years being in a leadership role
- MUST HAVE experience working with global payroll (somewhere outside of the US)
- Experience working with third-party payroll vendors
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- CPP certification preferred
