LaSalle Network is hiring an HR Coordinator for a growing, mission-driven organization in the Chicago area—and they need someone to start ASAP. With 75+ employees and an HR system in transition, you’ll be a key player in stabilizing payroll, organizing employee files, and streamlining compliance. The team is shifting from spreadsheets and paper to tech-forward processes—and they’re counting on you to help lead the charge.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payroll in Paylocity, including coaching stipends, PTO adjustments, and special pay scenarios

Troubleshoot Paylocity issues and collaborate with vendors to improve functionality

Organize and digitize employee records (I-9s, background checks, training compliance, etc.)

Handle onboarding tasks, ensuring all paperwork and compliance steps are complete

Lead weekly 401(k) reporting, support audits, and maintain benefits documentation

Take over outdated tracking tools and help implement smarter, tech-based systems

Communicate clearly with employees on deadlines, documentation, and benefits issues
HR Coordinator Requirements:

2+ years of HR or payroll coordination experience

Paylocity experience is a must—you’ll be the go-to expert

Detail-obsessed and able to manage time-sensitive processes with minimal oversight

Familiarity with HR compliance standards, onboarding, and audit prep
-
Tech-savvy and motivated to build better systems

Available to start immediately
