Job Description
Our client, a leading nonprofit organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst, Workday Financials to join their dynamic team.

Senior Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Manage selected vendor relationships and spending
  • Maintain formularies and resolve delivery/payment issues
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and analyze key performance indicators for cost-saving opportunities
  • Administer Workday procurement modules, including catalog and punch-out management
  • Collaborate on user group management and security settings
  • Address break-fix issues in partnership with IT
  • Monitor and ensure timely close-out of purchasing processes
  • Implement and maintain system security
  • Document solutions to commonly reported issues
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on procurement systems
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Purchasing team
  • Update and deliver Workday training materials
  • Answer functional questions and recommend best practices
  • Identify reporting needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze and report data trends to stakeholders
  • Configure Workday Procurement reports and dashboards
  • Identify potential challenges, opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
  • Monitor Workday releases and evaluate impacts
  • Facilitate end-user training on new features
  • Recommend process changes for new service capabilities and features

Senior Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, finance or related field
  • Workday Pro Certification in Reporting, Procurement (preferred)
  • 4+ years in Procurement and/or Finance
  • Experience as a super user or system administrator for Workday's Procurement modules
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining punch-outs and catalogs in Workday
  • Strong report development skills in Workday
  • Experience managing purchasing formularies and vendor contracts
  • Background in Health Care, Senior Living or related field (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication, both written and oral (English skills required)
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements
  • Collaborative mindset with a customer-focused demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a high degree of learning agility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
