LaSalle Network is partnering with a CPG company to hire a Sourcing and Procurement Manager. The Sourcing and Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing ingredients and managing vendor relationships.

Sourcing and Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

  • Procuring and sourcing ingredients
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage procurement reporting activities (KPI reporting, monthly compliance dashboard, managing approval workflows)
  • Lead analysis of data to identify trends and perform opportunity assessments

Souring and Procurement Manager Requirements: 
  • 4+ years in a supply chain or procurement or sourcing role
  • 2+ years of experience with vendors and suppliers
  • CPG background is a plust
