Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnering with a CPG company to hire a S&OP Center of Excellence Leader to continue their pattern of growth. The S&OP Center of Excellence Leader will be responsible for managing the development of S&OP best practices. They are looking for strong leadership and industry experience to build and grow a team in an operations capacity.
S&OP Center of Excellence Leader Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision of upcoming projects
- Interact internally with business unit leaders, sales, manufacturing, finance, logistics and the sourcing team, and present recommendations and findings to executive management
- Develop functional enhancements to SAP IBP with the partnership of IT leadership
- Manage inventory flow and levels to ensure all customer demands are met
S&OP Center of Excellence Leader Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of Demand Planning or S&OP experience
- People management experience preferred
- CPG experience required
