Job Description

We are partnering with a leading Chicago real estate company that is seeking a Social Ads Strategist to assist in executing and evaluating social media advertising campaigns. You will play a vital role in supporting the creation, monitoring and optimization of social media ads primarily on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and potentially TikTok. 

This would be a part-time (20 hours) contract and fully remote. Illinois-based candidates are only being considered at this time. 

Social Ads Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage social media ad campaigns through Ads Manager
  • Monitor ad performance, make data-driven adjustments and report on key metrics
  • Assist in ad creative development and adherence to best practices
  • Craft ad copy in line with provided direction and assets
  • Utilize in-app slideshow creators for video content creation
  • Conduct A/B testing and compile creative briefs
  • Collaborate with the team on strategy and provide input during mid-month check-ins

Social Ads Strategist Requirements:
  • Experience in creating and managing social media ads on Facebook, Instagram and potentially TikTok
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager and a keen eye for detail in monitoring ad performance
  • Strong writing skills for ad copy and communication
  • Ability to contribute creatively, suggest best practices and work on ad strategy
  • Experience working within real-estate and/or similar industry
