About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting of complex machinery and frequent interaction with customers both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support for CNC machine tool maintenance, repairs, and installations

Train and collaborate with customers’ in-house service teams

Document technical procedures and service reports accurately

Analyze data and generate service-related reports

Foster strong customer relationships through excellent communication and support

Respond promptly to service needs and handle complex situations with professionalism

Work from our Technical Center when not traveling to customer sites
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred

3–5 years of experience in CNC machine tool maintenance and troubleshooting

Familiarity with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls is a plus

Strong ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder diagrams

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Must be comfortable with 50% travel (regional)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Work involves both manufacturing shop floors and office settings. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, standing for extended periods, and using hand tools.
