LaSalle Network has partnered with an innovative visual information technology company to hire a Service Desk Technician.
Service Desk Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot IT issues for desktops, printers, workstations
- Resolve 60% of assigned tickets
- Escalate tickets when needed
Service Desk Technician Requirements:
- 2-3 years of IT support experience
- Ticketing system experience
- Knowledge of troubleshooting modems, VPNs, printers, Wi-Fi and routers preferred
