Our client, a premier international real estate firm with a growing portfolio is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team. In this crucial role, you will play a key part in safeguarding and optimizing our client’s financial health, ensuring the smooth flow of capital across their global operations.

Senior Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of global treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting and bank account management
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize foreign exchange risk and optimize cash flow across international properties
  • Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including cash flow statements and foreign exchange exposure analyses
  • Partner with other departments (e.g., acquisitions, property management) to ensure financial alignment and support strategic decision-making
  • Stay abreast of global financial trends and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities

Senior Treasury Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a treasury management role, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, budgeting and foreign exchange risk management
  • Strong understanding of international finance regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and treasury management software (e.g., Kyriba, Murex, Zendesk)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team across international locations
