Senior Revenue Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Handle complex legal billing tasks, including generating and reviewing invoices for accuracy, and escalating issues as needed to attorneys and partners
- Manage e-billing and billing cycles for a portfolio of 6-8 attorneys
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies
- Perform collections-related duties as part of revenue management for assigned attorneys
- Utilize billing software (Elite 3E, Aderant, BillBlast) to input, track, and update billing details
- Provide support during training and transition periods as necessary for team members
- Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail when communicating with clients, partners, and colleagues
- Proactively address billing-related concerns and escalate issues as required
Senior Revenue Coordinator Requirements:
- 10+ years of legal billing experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in professional services
- Proficiency in legal billing software (Elite 3E, Aderant, BillBlast, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with complex invoices, not just routine data entry – able to escalate and manage billing issues effectively
- Experience working in a large law firm (Big Law experience preferred) with exposure to compensation systems is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple attorneys' portfolios
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and partners
- Ability to work independently, be flexible, and adapt to evolving demands of the role
- Degree preferred, but experience will be considered
