Job Description

A well respected higher educational institution in northern Illinois is in search of a Senior Program Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition Team. This institute is known for their outstanding education and well-established reputation.

 

The Senior Program Coordinator will directly support a fast-paced and fast-growing HR department. The ideal candidate has at least one year of solid recruiting experience and is comfortable conducting a high volume of outbound calls.

Senior Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts such as research, screening and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct a high volume of phone screens and qualify candidates for various entry to mid-level roles
  • Compose and post job descriptions and help manage various job boards
  • Assist TA team with composing offer letters

 

Senior Program Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience working in a high call volume environment
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced organization
  • Able to go on-site at least three days per week in Evanston, IL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and driven for personal and company success
