Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, they are at the forefront of technology, helping their clients achieve their goals through their cutting-edge software products. We have partnered to hire a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their team and lead their marketing efforts to new heights.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, driving demand generation, enabling sales, managing product marketing, fostering partner marketing and enhancing brand awareness through compelling storytelling. You will play a critical role in shaping our client’s marketing strategy and ensuring the successful promotion and adoption of their products.

Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing plans
  • Lead demand generation efforts to drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing and events
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers and training resources
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide the necessary tools and support
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive joint marketing initiatives
  • Develop co-marketing programs and campaigns that leverage partner strengths and reach
  • Enhance brand awareness through innovative storytelling and content creation
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and thought leadership

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and sales enablement
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
