Job Description
Our client, an innovative digital solutions company, is looking for a growth motivated Senior Treasury Manager to bring on their team. This Senior Treasury Manager will lead treasury solutions and develop global treasury strategies.
This role is remote, but candidates must reside in the Boston, MA area.
Senior Treasury Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with CFO in optimizing banking structure globally
- Plan for global cash and liquidity, including forecasting and balance maintenance of balances and movements
- Manage cash and short-term investments, including global banking systems, and maintenance of controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley
- Manage and plan for foreign currency risk management, including hedging program
- Advise, manage and execute the company’s stock repurchase program and debt initiatives
- Monitor capital market conditions and support and manage capital transactions
- Ensure compliance with Dodd-Frank regulations
Senior Treasury Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of Treasury experience, including management of hedging, debt and global treasury structures
- Direct Capital markets and/or lending experience a strong plus
- CTP Treasury Certification required
- Experience with treasury management systems and bank online systems
- Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Internal Controls knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
