LaSalle Network is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales with prior experience from the staffing and recruiting industry. This role will report into our VP of Sales, a leader with 10 years of industry experience who has earned 6 promotions during her career with LaSalle.
As our Senior Manager of Sales, you will oversee a team of account executives while also managing your own book of business and leading by example. You will be responsible for driving the professional development of your direct reports, helping them deliver on revenue goals, and coaching them on conversations and meetings with clients and prospects.
Senior Manager of Sales Responsibilities:
Shadow direct reports on prospecting calls and meetings, and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback
Prospect new business and grow relationships with existing accounts
Meet regularly with direct reports to discuss metrics and progress toward goals
Partner with recruiting leaders to ensure successful delivery on client requests
Work with VP of Sales to develop strategies for new client acquisition and existing account growth
Motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals
Senior Manager of Sales Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a sales/business development role within the staffing and recruiting industry
2+ years of experience managing a team doing outside sales
Proven track record of driving revenue and hunting for new business
High energy and effective verbal communication that demonstrates an ability to motivate direct reports and engage clients
