Job Description

Our client is known for being one of the world's largest spirits producers. They are seeking a Senior Manager of People Analytics who will be responsible for executing talent and people analytics initiatives in alignment with the strategic priorities for the organization.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager of People Analytics will partner with the Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Total Rewards Centers of Excellence to provide ongoing insights to the business as well as support developing and executing ad hoc studies.

Senior Manager of People Analytics Responsibilities:

  • Use knowledge of the business, understanding of HR functions and data to propose studies, analyses, surveys, dashboards and metrics in support of HR and business goals
  • Prepare and execute studies, surveys and analyses in collaboration with others including the Analytics team, COEs, business partners, HRIS
  • Interpret results, including identifying trends, anomalies, issues for further investigation, opportunities, etc.
  • Partner with external vendors to plan and execute studies requiring specialized skills or resources; collaborate to deliver the results to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations to communicate results and actionable recommendations using storytelling techniques and visualizations to senior leaders, leadership teams and HR audiences
  • Stay abreast of new trends and studies available to the global HR and analytics community, summarize and share key insights with internal stakeholders


Senior Manager of People Analytics Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, statistics, analytics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience delivering people analytics
  • Strong domain-specific knowledge of Human Resources data, talent development, DE&I and compensation analysis methodologies
  • Expertise in designing studies using a variety of methodologies including quantitative and qualitative research, correlational, longitudinal and causal studies using structured and unstructured data as well as the ability to understand which methodology will best achieve the objectives of the study
  • Experience using an HR analytics platform such as Visier to present visualizations of study/analysis results
