LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a leading Chicago-based SaaS company seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition This organization brings over 20 years of industry expertise and are rapidly expanding their product portfolio. 

In this critical role, you will shape the recruitment strategy, partner with senior leadership, and drive best-in-class hiring practices that support the organization's growth and elevate the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a corporate recruiting team and have proven success hiring in areas of customer service, client success, marketing, and sales.

Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to consistently meet hiring goals and KPIs.

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for customer service, sales, marketing, and account management.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

  • Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.

  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and proactive recruiting solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms as needed.

Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters or recruitment leads.
  • SaaS industry experience required.
  • Experience managing a global team required.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of the customer service and GTM talent landscape.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.
