We’re on the hunt for a Senior IT SOX Manager to take ownership of a high-impact internal controls function. In this role, you'll lead a dynamic team overseeing SOX IT controls, partnering across business lines and with external auditors to drive excellence in a complex, fast-evolving financial services environment. You’ll provide strategic oversight of a robust SOX program, ensuring compliance and clarity in a multi-entity structure. Senior IT SOX Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and evolve the IT SOX program to align with new technologies and organizational changes

Oversee IT SOX testing efforts and manage third-party testing partners

Act as a key liaison with external auditors and internal stakeholders

Support system implementation risk assessments and control evaluations

Facilitate IT SOX documentation reviews and walkthroughs with business partners

Contribute to quarterly reporting and SOX program administration

Evaluate SOC 1 reports and their impact on financial reporting
Senior IT SOX Manager Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in IT audit, SOX controls, or compliance

Bachelor’s or Master’s in MIS, Computer Science, or related; Finance/Accounting considered with IT experience

Experience managing third-party testers or internal audit teams
-
Knowledge of large-scale systems, ERP implementations, or M&A integrations

Understanding of PCAOB standards and internal control frameworks

Financial services or banking experience a plus
