Our client is a family-founded business that's been in operation for almost four decades. They're seeking a Bilingual HR Manager who will be a key member of their senior leadership team and will report directly to the President and CEO.
Bilingual HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations and compensation
- Implement performance management systems to drive success
- Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts efficiently
- Administer compensation and benefits in compliance with legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Bilingual HR Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven success in leading HR initiatives and cultural change
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
