Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Strategy Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between National Operations and Finance
- Collaborate with teams in areas such as Buying, Supply Chain and Operations for data-driven decision-making
- Provide technical and business analysis to meet operational needs
- Support financial KPI analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting and business improvement projects
- Research and analyze operational activities and financial trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure data integrity, address discrepancies and create data visualizations
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and assist in cross-team knowledge sharing
- Uphold data confidentiality and security
Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Strategy Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical, data modeling and reporting skills with tools like SQL, Alteryx and Tableau preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
