Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading publicly traded manufacturing/marketing solutions company, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Glenview, IL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the organization by leveraging your expertise in Power BI, master data management, FP&A and financial modeling. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role by partnering with senior leadership to provide valuable insights, make recommendations and support strategic decision-making. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $110,000 plus bonus!

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts and budgets using Power BI, Excel and other financial tools
  • Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate business performance
  • Oversee the management of financial data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the master data management process
  • Support the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance, cost management and revenue growth
  • Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential investments, projects and scenarios
  • Assist in conducting sensitivity analyses and scenario planning
  • Collaborate with various departments and business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial guidance
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by the finance leadership team

Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in FP&A and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
