LaSalle Network is working with a high-growth manufacturing company to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A in their Chicago headquarters.
This hybrid role (4 days onsite) offers strategic visibility, project ownership, and a compensation package that includes a base salary up to $115,000 plus 15% bonus potential.
Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic financial models and dashboards to guide executive decision-making
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
- Deliver financial reporting and key metrics with variance explanations and business context
- Work directly with department heads to identify cost savings and ROI on key initiatives
- Assist in M&A due diligence and integration analysis
- Recommend process improvements using automation and ERP optimization
- Take ownership of special projects that align with enterprise goals
Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A Requirements:
- MUST have manufacturing industry experience
- MUST be willing and able to be in office in downtown Chicago 4x a week
- Deep knowledge of financial statements and GAAP
- Experience with DCF and building forward-looking models
- Strong ERP experience, preferably Oracle, with working knowledge of ePBCS and Power BI
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, persuasive communicator with business acumen
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
