Job Description
Seeking to work with a multibillion-dollar business and have the ability to make a true impact to a growing organization? What about having the flexibility to work from home? If so, take a look at this role for a Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidations! 

Our client is based in Deerfield, IL is offering remote flexibility and is looking for an exceptional Financial Analyst that can focus on Corporate Consolidations and assist with Form 10, 10K and 10Q processes.

Reporting to the Consolidations team, this person will have a hands-on approach and cannot be afraid of getting in the weeds within corporate consolidations. 

The hourly pay range for this role is between $50-$60/hour and the position is hybrid with the option of remote flexibility. 

Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidations Responsibilities:  
  • Accurate/timely preparation of external and internal financial statements, schedules and analysis
  • External support of the 10-Q, 10-K and quarterly earnings releases
  • Partner with global businesses, international finance teams, shared service centers, investor relations and global planning to ensure accurate/timely reporting and consolidation of monthly financial data, including required GAAP/management adjustments, and to provide accounting support
  • Manage/prepare monthly close processes
  • Perform financial statement analysis and present results to members of the Corporate Controller’s Group
  • Perform quarterly analysis over working capital and cash flow movements and present in a team setting to finance leadership
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors on internal controls compliance and external audit processes
  • Focus on strengthening processes/use of financial systems and improving analysis/cycle time for monthly consolidation while maintaining appropriate level of internal controls
  • Facilitate integrating any future acquisitions into the company’s global consolidation and financial reporting processes

Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidations Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Demonstration of key accounting/finance competencies and qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills/decision-making capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and demonstrated abilities in financial statement analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills as well as being detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and escalate or resolve issues appropriately
  • Proven ability to meet financial deadlines
  • Working knowledge of consolidation (e.g., FCCS) and general ledger systems
