Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role will report to the Director of FP&A and play a critical part in financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the company’s operations. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to align financial goals with business strategy.

  • Maintain and update long-term financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership and the board of directors.

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, assess financial health, and support investment decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, product margins, and capacity planning to optimize profitability.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed, providing data-driven insights for business decisions.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support growth initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for financial modeling and data analysis.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Experience working with large data sets and financial modeling.
