If you are ready, take a look at this upcoming role as an interim Senior Finance Manager of Corporate Consolidations! 

Our client based in Deerfield, IL is offering remote flexibility and is looking for an exceptional finance leader with corporate consolidations experience that can assist with Form 10, 10K and 10Q processes and lead a strong team of senior level individuals. 

Being the leader of the corporate consolidations project, you will have a hands-on approach and cannot be afraid of delegating tough tasks and decisions to the team. 

The hourly pay range for this role is between $80-$85/hour and the position is hybrid with the option of remote flexibility. 

Senior Finance Manager, Corporate Consolidations Responsibilities:
  • Accurate/timely preparation of external and internal financial statements, schedules and analysis; external schedules support the 10-Q, 10-K and quarterly earnings releases
  • Lead conversations with global businesses, international finance teams, shared service centers, investor relations and global planning to ensure accurate/timely reporting and consolidation of monthly financial data, including required GAAP/management adjustments, and to provide accounting support
  • Manage monthly close processes
  • Perform financial statement analysis and present results to members of the Corporate Controller’s Group
  • Perform quarterly analysis over working capital and cash flow movements and present to finance leadership
  • Support business partners in identifying and explaining and/or resolving unusual fluctuations in the consolidated financial reports
  • Coordination with internal and external auditors on internal controls compliance and external audit processes
  • Focus on strengthening processes/use of financial systems and improving analysis/cycle time for monthly consolidation while maintaining appropriate level of internal controls
  • Facilitate integrating any future acquisitions into the company’s global consolidation and financial reporting processes

Senior Finance Manager, Corporate Consolidations Requirements:
  • Management/supervisory experience, handling monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes 
  • Experience with Consolidations, Form 10, 10Q or 10Ks
