LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our successful Executive Search practice.  This team is led by a Senior Director and VP of Recruiting with 20 combined years of industry experience.  This group also has high visibility to our Chief Recruiting Strategist and receives sourcing support from a team of 30+ seasoned researchers. 

As a Senior Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including connecting with clients to define and scope roles, developing and executing recruiting strategies, negotiating compensation packages, and extending offers.  You will collaborate with management, your peers, and our business development team to ensure clients are receiving superior service that reflects LaSalle’s commitment to speed and quality. 

Senior Executive Recruiter Responsibilities: 

  • Develop relationships with clients; gain an understanding of the nuances of their business, their unique culture, and how hiring needs will impact both 
  • Create unique search strategies to meet clients’ needs and requests; collaborate with researchers to develop targeted approach to sourcing talent 
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, demonstrating job market expertise and acting as a trusted career advisor 
  • Build relationships with clients throughout the search process; anticipate, respond to, and overcome objections through a consultative approach 
  • Manage each search through final stages, including in-depth closing conversations around compensation package 
  • Drive revenue by consistently closing business and building long-lasting candidate and client relationships 
  • Provide teammates and management with suggestions for best practices and process improvements 

Senior Executive Recruiter Requirements: 

  • Minimum of one year of recruiting experience concentrated on executive search; prior experience with retained search highly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, qualifying against open roles, interacting with clients, and managing candidates and clients through to offer and acceptance 
  • Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
