Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading B2B manufacturing company located in the northwestern Chicago suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead their marketing department and drive their digital marketing, branding and account-based marketing strategies.

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of this organizations marketing efforts. This role will be pivotal in promoting their products and services, enhancing their brand presence and driving business growth. This is a hybrid position that requires a presence on-site three days a week to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Senior Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, web presence, eCommerce and content marketing, to maximize online visibility and lead generation
  • Lead efforts to strengthen and maintain brand identity
  • Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines, delivering a consistent and compelling message to the target audience
  • Develop and oversee ABM programs to drive engagement and conversion among key accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor marketing strategies for specific clients
  • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline and optimize marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and customer engagement
  • Manage and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Provide guidance and support in achieving departmental goals
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-informed decisions to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness

Senior Director of Marketing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field; MBA or advanced marketing certifications preferred
  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in a B2B manufacturing environment
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, eCommerce, content strategy and marketing automation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful marketing teams
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site at least three days a week to collaborate with cross-functional teams
