Job Description

LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Sr. Director of Marketing for a top client in the B2C space here in the Chicagoland area! This role will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing effective marketing and brand strategies that will support the company’s overall business and profitability goals.

Sr. Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct relationships with outside vendors by articulating business needs into marketing and media strategy and lead through to execution
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to determine overall marketing strategies and tactics that exceed regional and local budget targets
  • Drive and support all lead generation efforts
  • Oversee social media marketing and develop and create all content marketing efforts
  • Lead efforts to further develop and communicate brand identity with the team
  • Develop marketing automation and campaigns
  • Collaborate with head of technology to build out customer centric vision and drive implementation across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams

Sr. Director of Marketing Requirements:
  • 7+ years of marketing and/or branding experience
  • Experience hiring, building, developing and growing marketing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or related field
  • MBA or higher preferred
  • Extensive experience in leadership and management; must have the ability to foster teamwork, enlist the support and participation of others and create and develop a positive, motivated team
  • Pride in one’s work
  • Outstanding drive and work ethic; motivated by not only personal success, but the success of the team
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
