Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a global food and beverage company in hiring a Senior Director, Marketing Communications! As the Senior Director, Marketing Communications you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and communications efforts, both internally and externally. This includes developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing partnerships and driving brand awareness.

This Senior Director, Marketing Communications will work alongside a CMO and will be groomed to eventually lead the entire marketing department. 

Senior Director, Marketing Communications Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Oversee internal marketing efforts, including employee communications, internal events and employee engagement programs
  • Drive external marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media and public relations
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications

Senior Director, Marketing Communications Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on internal marketing, external marketing, partnership marketing and strategy
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is required
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
