Senior Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting across business functions with a focus on quality and speed

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and execute hiring plans

Source, engage, and convert high-caliber candidates through diverse channels

Strengthen recruiting operations and help develop a scalable process

Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm to candidates
Senior Corporate Recruiter Requirements:

At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Background in tech or high-growth environments preferred

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques

Excellent communication and time management skills

Onsite availability in downtown Chicago 3+ days a week
