Our client is one of the top transportation firms in the nation, looking for a dynamic Senior Compensation Specialist to join their team! The Senior Compensation Specialist will be responsible for managing the employee compensation and organizational structure of the firm which is a pivotal role in the HR function. 

If you are a Compensation Analyst or Specialist looking to level up to the Senior-role with autonomy and influence in an HR team, this is the role for you! 

Senior Compensation Specialist Responsibilities:  

  • Analyze the existing compensation structure and lead market studies to develop solutions and new pay grades
  • Manage job description analyses and assist in re-writing existing descriptions
  • Grade current compensation bands and lead market studies 
  • Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure compensation data
  • Stay updated on compensation trends and regulations  

Senior Compensation Specialist Requirements:  
  • 3+ years of compensation experience
  • Experience with Workday or UKG required. 
  • Bachelors degree required, CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred
