They are a Series C startup with over $100M in total funding headquartered in San Francisco, CA with remote-work flexibility in Chicago. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will have a competitive base salary and uncapped commission earning potential, strategic client outreach and be given the training and tools needed to succeed. This Senior Business Development Representative needs to be based in the Chicago-land area as the client has a hybrid work model. Senior Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activity, opportunities and account information using a CRM
- Work together with Account Executives to create sale strategies and implement them
- Drive top of the funnel lead generation for AEs and Sales Managers
- Consistently achieve monthly quotas/KPIs
- Qualify leads based off of company size, needs and volume
Senior Business Development Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 10+ months of B2B sales
- Experience selling SaaS, Financial Services, Logistics, Staffing and/or Insurance is highly preferred
