Our client, a prestigious law firm globally recognized for its commitment to excellence in legal services, is looking to bring on a Senior Benefits Analyst to their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating reports and data sets within an HR system. This is a hybrid model which will require you to be on site three days a week in downtown Chicago.
Senior Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyzing and reporting on global benefits programs
Reviewing data sets and presenting findings to stakeholders
Reporting and analyzing benefits data sets
Senior Benefits Analyst Requirements:
Longevity in Benefits Analyst roles
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
Experience with SQL is a plus
Proven experience in creating reports and data sets within an HR system
Strong understanding of relational databases
Hybrid work model
On-site presence required three days per week in downtown Chicago
