Job Description
Our client, a high-growth fintech company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Finance Senior Analyst to join their Finance team. As a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic initiatives and financial planning processes. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analyses, developing and maintaining financial models and providing insights to senior management. You will also be involved in evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing market trends and identifying key financial risks.

This position will report directly to the CFO and have visibility to the rest of the C-Suite. 

Strategic Finance Senior Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and financial planning processes
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, including projections, forecasts and risk assessments
  • Analyze market trends, identify financial risks and provide insights to senior management
  • Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial analyses are aligned with business objectives
  • Stay up to date on the latest financial trends and methodologies

Strategic Finance Senior Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a high-growth, fintech company
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software, such as Excel and PowerPoint
