Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities:
- Accurately apply customer payments, including checks, ACH and wire transfers, while maintaining up-to-date records
- Review and resolve payment discrepancies, including short pays, overpayments and chargebacks
- Monitor and manage credit limits and risk, performing credit reviews and processing adjustments as needed
- Lead collections efforts by contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and collaborating with internal teams to resolve disputes
- Prepare AR reports and maintain aging schedules to support financial decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all AR activities
Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in cash applications, credit management and collections
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
