Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage sales tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely filings
- Oversee fixed asset tracking, including depreciation calculations and reporting
- Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and handle payroll tax compliance
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring proper journal entries and reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing, helping to prepare financial reports
- Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for accounting functions and reporting
Senior Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of sales tax, fixed assets, and payroll processing
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
