Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a high-growth SaaS startup to identify an experienced Senior Account Executive to join their team! The Senior Account Executive will identify and cultivate new business opportunities by driving strategic initiatives within organizations containing 1000+ employees.

As an Senior Account Executive, you will be able to grow your own business while still having the support of exceptional sales leadership and continual sales training. Our client offers a solution-based sales environment and encourages an entrepreneurial spirit. They are offering a very competitive compensation package, uncapped commission, and benefits.
 

Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Effectively work with internal and external partners, independently manage a full sales cycle, and accurately forecast sales while managing a pipeline three times your assigned quota
  • Build trust-based relationships with enterprise prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders at different levels and functions to close new business and grow and retain existing business
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, customer success, and product and development teams to execute sales strategy
  • Ensure current customers are achieving their desired business outcomes and renewing through various tactics including quarterly account reviews 
  • Help to further develop and improve repeatable enterprise sales processes

Senior Account Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required 
  • 6+ years of experience of hunting and selling solutions or services to Enterprise Customers within SaaS space
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals consistently
  • Experience selling through solutions-based selling 
  • Experience selling into hospitality highly preferred 
  • Deep experience building relationships, selling, and working with the C-Suite and other senior leaders of different functions within Fortune 100 companies
  • Lots of energy and passion for finding and closing complex deals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Startup mentality is highly valued
