LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Sr. Account Executive/ Assistant Account Supervisor for a client in the PR space. This is a boutique firm that has clients in the tech, beverage, and lifestyle space and they are looking for an Account Lead to manage clients and lead a team.

Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Build a strategic relationship with the client, providing insight and partnership across all aspects of marketing and communication
  • Ensure excellent client communication at all levels while defining KPIs, deadlines and service agreements
  • Develop pitch angles & story ideas
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media partners
  • Assist team in securing top media placements for clients
  • Write compelling new releases, op-eds, blog posts, award entries and case studies
  • Pitch to clients’ top-tier and other media in and provide support for client special events
  • Recognize and create media opportunities for the client in line with wider industry activity
  • Share detailed knowledge of the media landscape with team members, operating as a significant contributor in the tech, digital and consumer space
  • Oversee the creation of high quality and engaging content, providing knowledgeable quality control and guidance to all relevant colleagues
Senior Account Executive Requirements:
  • 3+ years in PR & Communications, or related field
  • Strong, strategic client consultancy skills
  • Relevant experience of working in a PR and/or digital communications agency environment
  • Well versed in social media and the integration of digital marketing into the PR landscape
  • A track record of retention and the profitable growth of existing accounts
  • Strong leadership skills; a natural leader with the aptitude to develop and motivate a team
  • Experience in providing consultancy on PR requirements as well as broader marketing strategy
  • Previous success at securing new business and increasing client revenues
