A newly expanded team focused on AV and technology solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect – Physical Security Systems to support rapid growth in the Chicago and Iowa regions. This is a full-time, direct hire role for a professional who’s as comfortable talking with clients as they are designing Genetec-based security architectures.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales to deliver client-centered, budget-conscious physical security solutions
- Design and document systems for access control, video surveillance, and related technologies
- Meet with clients on-site to evaluate needs, define system scope, and gather technical input
- Act as a knowledge bridge between AV and security service offerings
- Travel regionally to client sites and project locations as needed
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of hands-on physical security experience (design and implementation)
- Strong working knowledge of Genetec (preferred) or equivalent platforms
- Familiarity with VMS and access control systems from top vendors
- Understanding of IP networking principles
- Ability to consult on union-led project sites
- Bonus points for experience with Q-SYS, AV integration, or stadium/school projects
