Ready to architect the future of contact centers? We’re looking for a seasoned CCaaS Engineer to help lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions for global clients. This is a remote contract role (6–12-month duration) with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy CCaaS architecture with a focus on NICE CXone and Genesys platforms
- Own end-to-end technical delivery, including compliance, governance, and security—especially in EMEA regions
- Translate complex platform strategy into executable deliverables
- Partner with PMs, junior engineers, and global vendors to meet client goals
- Lead solution mapping with Visio or Lucidchart
- Build and maintain reusable code libraries and bolt-on integrations (AI, NLP, security)
- Manage business requirements documentation and SOW execution
- Contribute to platform evolution and thought leadership
Requirements:
- Must work GMT hours and have experience delivering for EMEA clients
- 3+ years of experience with CCaaS platforms
- NICE CXone experience IS REQUIRED
- Comfortable managing full architecture cycles (IVR, WEM, ACD, AI tools)
- Strong experience with Visio, Lucidchart, and Microsoft tools
- Proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP), integration strategy, and re-usable code frameworks
- Bonus points for French fluency, and familiarity with Omelia or similar AI tools
