We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Recipe Management Contractor to support our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of recipes within the SAP environment. This position is ideal for someone with foundational SAP experience and a keen eye for detail in packaging formats and/or formulation data.
- Create and maintain recipes in SAP or related modules
- Extrapolate packaging data and accurately input it into the system
- Review existing recipes for accuracy and completeness
- Request material numbers and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete workflow processes (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Packaging Engineering)
- Support documentation management and version control
- 2+ years of experience using SAP
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic understanding of formulation and development processes (including BOM creation)
- Experience in packaging development or a related field
- Experience in master data management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
