Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing space, is seeking an SAP Architect to add to their team! The SAP Architect will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of SAP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide strategic guidance and ensure the successful integration of SAP technologies. The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP professional with a proven track record of architecting and implementing SAP solutions. 

 

SAP Architect Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and define SAP architecture strategies 

  • Design end-to-end SAP solutions, considering scalability, performance and security aspects 

  • Provide technical leadership in SAP project implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives 

  • Evaluate and recommend SAP modules and technologies that best suit business requirements 

  • Develop and maintain SAP roadmaps, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation 

  • Lead and guide SAP development teams, providing technical expertise and mentorship 

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement SAP solutions and integrations 

  • Conduct regular assessments of SAP systems to identify areas for optimization and enhancement 

  • Stay updated on SAP trends, technologies and best practices to ensure the organization's SAP landscape remains cutting-edge 

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of SAP-related documentation and standards 

SAP Architect Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Proven experience as an SAP Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing SAP solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, etc 

  • Strong understanding of SAP integration methodologies and best practices 

  • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform and other SAP technologies 

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • SAP certifications (desired but not mandatory)

  • Proven ability to stay abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative solutions
