Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage order workflows, ensuring timely updates and resolution of any issues
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product or service information
- Coordinate with the outside sales team to support their account management efforts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company system
- Assist with tracking and managing inventory levels as needed
- Identify and escalate customer concerns or complaints to appropriate team members
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Sales Support Representative Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, inside sales, or order management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
