Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers
  • Sell the customer on why they should pick this company for their energy provider
  • Frequently overcome objections
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and customer confidentiality requirements
  • Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound sales focused calls
  • Upsell on a continuous basis

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to sell and upsell
  • Experience with aggressive sales goals and metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Ability to navigate with ease through internet browsers and have a working knowledge of basic computer systems such as word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, etc.
