The Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the sales team. The ideal candidate will bring previous sales support experience in manufacturing and have strong communication and technology skills.
Sales Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
- Create quotations in response to technical requirements as defined in a statement of work
- Support the order process for factory machine orders, parts, service and engineering
- Enter customer information and sales order data into the appropriate system
- Work closely with program managers and support quotation revisions and modifications
- Conduct sales order review meetings to ensure quotation accuracy
- Review and understand technical specifications to generate compliant quotations
- Enter completed sales orders into the CRM system with accurate detail for management approval
Sales Operations Administrator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of Sales Support experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- MS Office experience required
- CRM knowledge preferred
- Working in a team-based environment
